Lioness Club of Vasant Vihar,Vikhroli started a scholarship scheme for sighted children of blind parents in the year 2000 to promote education amongst them. This was in a view to make these children self-sufficient so that they can help and take care of their parents in future. Under this scheme, Rs.2500/-is given to each school going student until completion of graduation. At present total 60 students are benefiting from this scheme.

- During the year, 2012-2013 BPA had referred 60 sighted children of Blind parents to Lioness club. They were assisted with Rs 2500/- each amounting to a total of Rs 1, 50,000/-.
- During the year, 2013-2014 BPA had referred 60 sighted children of Blind parents to Lioness club. They were assisted with Rs 2500/- each amounting to a total of Rs 1, 50,000/-.
- During the year, 2014-2015 BPA had referred 60 sighted children of Blind parents to Lioness club. They were assisted with Rs 2500/- each amounting to a total of Rs 1, 50,000/-.
