Most of the blind individuals are staying in dilapidated dwelling units with their families which requires frequent repairs.BPA extends a helping hand to these needy blind by procuring building material such as cement, sand, doors, windows, asbestos sheets, window frames etc. worth Rs. 2000/-.
A funding agency from Germany- Mesorier – assisted 250 such families to reconstruct and repair their houses in the city of Mumbai and it’s outskirts from the year 1990 up to 2005.

- During the year 2013-2014, we had provided House Repair scheme of Rs. 32,000/- to 16 beneficiaries.
- During the year 2014-2015, we had provided House Repair scheme of Rs. 22,000/- to 11 beneficiaries.
- During the year 2015-2016 we had provided House repair scheme of Rs. 29,000/-to 19 beneficiaries.
- During the year 2016-2017, we had provided assistance for House Repair worth Rs. 12,000/- to 6 beneficiaries
- During the year 2017-2018, we had provided assistance for House Repair worth Rs. 34,000/- to 17 beneficiaries
