As there was heavy rainfall in month of July in Mumbai and nearby districts which caused heavy damage of houses of poor blind families residing in chawls in the vicinity of Vangani railway station of central railway. BPA had distributed water proof plastic sheets(Tadpatri) to cover the roof top of 18 blind families as token of help, as it was an urgent need on 26th July 2023 the said material was handed over in presence of few office bearers and staff at Reay Road office.
The cost of this project was Rs: 25,000/- including transport charges which was generously sponsored by Shri. Shridhar Vaishaampan former executive of TCS .
